Harco Style: 7-Day Reset
Since carbs don’t count the week between Christmas and NYE, we saved this one for when the confetti settled. But now that 2026 is in full swing, here’s a 7-Day Reset with less than 30 minute workouts. Try at your own pace but don’t over-extend yourself.

Each day: 5-min warm-up walk + 2–3 min stretch after.
Day 1: 20-min walk
Day 2: 2 rounds — chair squats 10 • wall push-ups 8 • calf raises 12
Day 3: 15-min walk + glute bridges 2×12
Day 4: 10 rounds — 1 min faster walk / 1 min easy walk (20 min)
Day 5: 2 rounds — step-back toe taps 8/side • side leg lifts 10/side • wall sit 20 sec
Day 6: 25-min easy walk (add a small hill if you want)
Day 7: 15-min relaxed walk + 10 min gentle mobility stretches

Fly Dance Fitness (Bel Air Armory)
A 4-week dance fitness series kicks off—great if you want movement without the “serious gym” vibe. Class time is 6:30–7:30 PM (doors 6:10 PM) at the Bel Air Armory.

Friday, January 9 — Coppermine in Bel Air is hosting free fitness classes in exchange for a donation of new or gently used children’s winter items.

Core Pilates — 5:15–6:00 PM
Core Pilates — 6:15–7:00 PM
Turn Up Dance — 6:00–7:00 PM
Turf/HIIT — 6:00–7:00 PM
Barre Burn — 6:00–7:00 PM
Wall Yin Yoga — 6:00–7:00 PM
Heated Yoga — 6:00 PM

Bel Air Harvest Winter Market (Bond Street)
Your Saturday morning “walk + browse + treat-yourself” moment. 9:00 AM–1:00 PM on Bond Street in Bel Air.
Morning Star Pow Wow (John Carroll School, Bel Air)
A traditional Pow Wow featuring inter-tribal dancing, crafts, and food. Starts 10:00 AM with Grand Entry at 1:00 PM. Admission listed as $10 adults / $5 children & students.
