Choose what shows up
We all want more control over what shows up in our day, screens, homes, etc. This issue is about placing the right things front and center: family-friendly ways to stay active, moments that strengthen community, and a spotlight on the kind of support that helps seniors thrive at home.
This week we partnered with Google AdSense to keep the experience clean and community-first—ads placed with intention, never interruption.

Home Care, Human Connection
Local caregiving is at its best when it’s built on dignity, consistency, and real human connection—and this feature highlights how Visiting Angels’ JP Glynn has made that the standard in Harford and Cecil Counties. Drawing from personal experience caring for family, Glynn emphasizes thoughtful caregiver matching, robust training and support, and the reassurance of always reaching a live person—365 days a year. The result: in-home care that helps neighbors stay independent, while giving families peace of mind. Read more here.
Harco City Scene
Want to be featured in our City Scene? We want to see how our neighbors are showing up around the county.
Send pictures of your activity in the Harco community to [email protected] for consideration in an upcoming Harco City Lifestyle magazine issue.

Banish bad ads for good
Your site, your ad choices.
Don’t let intrusive ads ruin the experience for the audience you've worked hard to build.
With Google AdSense, you can ensure only the ads you want appear on your site, making it the strongest and most compelling option.
Don’t just take our word for it. DIY Eule, one of Germany’s largest sewing content creators says, “With Google AdSense, I can customize the placement, amount, and layout of ads on my site.”
Google AdSense gives you full control to customize exactly where you want ads—and where you don't. Use the powerful controls to designate ad-free zones, ensuring a positive user experience.
And that’s all for this week. Like what you see? Refer a neighbor! Forward this email to a friend and subscribe here.
Until next time,
